The old staff need to come back. The haircuts have gone down drastically.

Where is the old staff? Especially Michelle. She was great! Other stylist are good also but it’s just a different vibe

At first the place smells good, then you get hints of not so pleasant smells. The haircuts could be better. This place isn’t portrayed like the commercials, not very attractive women at all.
